The attorneys in the Partnership company are subject to the regulations laid down in the Bundesrechtsanwaltordnung (Federal Attorneys Act – BRAO), Berufsordnung für Rechtsanwälte (Federal Attorneys’ Code of Conduct – BORA), Fachanwaltsordnung (Specialist Attorneys’ Regulations – FAO), Rechtsberatungsvergütungsgesetz (Legal Advice Remuneration Act – RVG) and the professional code for attorneys drawn up by the Council of the Bars and Law Societies of the European Community (CCBE). They are members of the Bar Associations of Berlin, Brandenburg and Hamburg and the Bar Association for the Higher Regional Court District Munich. The professional title “Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin” (Attorney) of all the partners and associates was awarded in Germany.
